By an unexpected twist of faith, Dian Solo (a.k.a. DJ Dian, Deep Zone Project) started his career as a DJ in 1993 in a striptease club at a sea resort, surrounded by beautiful women and wealthy tourists. This fact has definitely influenced his personality and his music, characterizing him as always aspiring towards beauty and positive energy. A true inventor and artist behind the DJ turntable, gradually he established his own style in House music. 

Born in a family of musicians, ever since he was a child he was immersed in the world of music. By the age of 8 he was already playing the piano and afterwards mastered the synthesizer, percussions, drums and electro bass. In 1998 DJ Dian is chosen for “DJ of the Year” in his home country of Bulgaria, where he currently is one of the preeminent producers and DJs. 

He has already embarked on a boundless journey around the world house scene. All over the best European clubs DJ Dian never fails to bring about that kind of special atmosphere that truly makes you feel part of something extraordinary and grand -- a big celebration. No matter where he is, he always makes for an excellent host, turning the audience into very special guests. Everyone’s invited! 

In 1998, together with Rossko and his father – Jura Tone, he founded the Deep Zone Project, becoming one of the most successful dance/house bands in Bulgaria. Being one of the most popular Bulgarian DJs (and DJ champion for 1998, 2006, 2011), Dian Solo commited himself as a producer strictly to Deep Zone Project. Here are some of the hitfacts and his personal successes with Deep Zone: 

Dian Solo’s remix of Madonna’s Ray Of Light 2007 (Deep Zone Project remix), which he made together with his colleagues Rossko and Lyubo, best describes the music that he plays and produces nowadays, placing him among the VIPs on the global club scene. 

Roger Sanchez selected their track “Mystika” as a hot Power Play for the prestigious radio show “Release Yourself”, broadcasted from New York and presented in thirty-two countries around the world. 

The song I Challenge You (feat. EL-VIS) reached second place in the MTV World Chart Express in only two weeks. Dian Solo’s first production, “I Feel Like”, is licensed by the London label Seamless Recordings (www.seamlessrecordings.co.uk) and included in the The White House compilation, also featuring top producers such as Silicone Soul, Mark Knight & MTV, Tony Thomas, David Penn, Kerri Chandler, Audiowhores, Cirez D among others. 

After the release of his first album “Come Shine” (Ela Izgrej), Deep Zone Project are nominated in the record-breaking five categories at the Annual MMTV Music Awards (www.mmtv.bg) and the single grabbed the 2003 Best Song award. 

After the same ceremony in 2003, DJ Dian takes away the award for Best Club Song, which recognizes his absolute hit Caffeine-free (Bez Kofein). 

In 2007 DJ Dian and his group Deep Zone Project started another joint project with the one of the best Bulgarian dj's - Balthazar, which was meant to be more pop-house orientated. They produced together 2 smash hits: Welcome To The Loop + DJ, Take Me Away, which both entered all possible music charts in Bulgaria. Only for 1 year they managed to do 4 big national club tours with 20 dates each and more than 80.000 visitors total. In 2008 Deep Zone & Balthazar took part in the biggest musical contest in the world – Eurovision. They won the Bulgarian final and represented their country at Eurovision 2008 in front of 150 million TV viewers worldwide! Deep Zone & Balthazar won awards for 'Best SouthEast European Track' (SEEME) and 'Best Joint Project' (Fan TV). Their videoclip of DJ, Take Me Away was also nominated for a few other music awards (BG Radio, Mad TV, MM TV). Right now DJ Dian is focusing on many new productions with Deep Zone Project. He's also taking his time to dj every weekend and promote big events.

Колкото и странно да звучи, Dian Solo (познат още като DJ Dian или Дидо от Deep Zone), стартира диджейската си кариера в… сптриптийз бар на български морски курорт през 1993 г., заобиколен от красиви танцуващи момичета и богати туристи. Самият той смята, че този факт до голяма степен е повлиял на характера и най-вече на музиката, която прави и оттогава той винаги е вдъхновяван от красотата и позитивната енергия. Истински артист и новатор зад пулта и грамофоните, постопенно той успява да си изгради собствен стил в Денс музиката.

Любовта към изкуството обаче не идва случайно – роден в семейството на музиканти, на 8 години той вече свири на пиано а съвсем скоро овладява и синтезатора, перкусиите, барабаните и бас китарата. Увлечението по електронната музика обаче си казва думата и през годините 1998 г., 2007 г. , 2011 г.  той е обявен за “Диджей на Годината” у нас. През 2000 г. заедно с друг свой колега – Роско, и музикантските умения и студио на баща си – JuraTone (Любомир Савов), поставя началото на един от най-успешните български денс/хаус проекти за всички времена – Deep Zone (www.deepzoneproject.com) . 

Оттогава той е верен на своята група и почти цялата му кариера минава като продуцент, композитор, аранжьор и мултиинструменталист на проекта. Разбира се, самостоятелните му диджейски сетове в различни клубове из цялата страна и в чужбина винаги се очакват с голямо нетърпение от аудиторията.
